This is where a lot of people feel they will fail, but again it is all very simple.

You have to be able to read andwrite English at an elementary level.

However, if you are over 55 or have livedin the United States for twenty years or more, then this may be overlooked.

Next is thecivic test.

This is where you will be tested on your knowledge of the history of America and its history as well as your understanding of the US Government.

Don't panic over this, these are things that most people pick whilst living inthe United States.

You will also be asked about your background and whether you willpledge allegiance to the U.S. Allbasic stuff.

After all of this there are three possible outcomes.

One, you are now allowed to pledge allegiance to the flag and you are now a U.S citizen.

Two, your status is puton hold.

This could be because there may be a problem with your application oryour background check.

Three, your application could be denied.

This could be because you haven't resided in on U.S ground for long enough or more problematic is that you may have lied on your application.

Learn more free tips about how to make your US Citizen Application here:

http://www.squidoo.com/US-citizen-application

Good luck in your application!

Dear Soon-To-Be American Citizen

There are currently millions of peoplein the United States who are trying to become US citizens.

But whatmakes this process painful is the employees of the US government AREALREADY US CITIZENS! They do not have any urgency in getting your application processed. They make it difficult. They make it hard. And they require you to do ALL THE WORK!

A recent study showed that it takes on average, THREE YEARS TO BECOME A US CITIZEN! Why? Because people simply do not have the information they need to make the process easy and painless.

And here’s the catch, with increased threats to the United States, the failing economy andthe terrible housing market, naturalization has been put on the backburner. The process is going to be longer and longer as immigrationbecomes less of a priority for the US government.

Nowconsider for a moment what is the United States greatest concern.National Security. 9/11 has made the naturalization process moredifficult than it’s ever been! Entire presidential debates have beendedicated to National Security and Threats against the United States. Gone are the days of “The United States Accepts All People From All Nations.”

THE TRUTH IS AMERICA IS LOOKING FOR THREATS AND LOOKING AT EVERY APPLICATION THROUGH A MAGNIFYING GLASS!!

The current laws can change at any moment and you haveto be prepared. With a new president, it is impossible to predict whatwill happen with immigration. This is going to make the process longerand more difficult. You cannot afford NOT to have the properinformation. We understand, and that’s why we are going to give you EVERYTHING you need to be prepared for any changes in the process!

Click Here if You Would like Help from the Experts to Become a US Citizen

Simple Tips for Succeeding in Your U.S Citizen Application

Naturalization is a key feature in the Constitution of the United States of America and this is perhaps why people flock to Americato begin their new life.

If you are one of these, there is a lot of paper workt o get through, but this is all straight forward and quite simple as you willfind out in this article.

When applying to become a U.S citizen the first thing that you must complete beforethe long process can begin is actually living in the U.S. This sounds painfully obvious I know, but seriously, it is vital.

You have to have lived on American soil for a minimum of five years and of those years, sixmonths must have been spent on U.S soil.

This is to prove that you are committed to becoming a U.S citizen and that if you can't do this, you will get no further in the process.

The next step is just as simple. You need to obtain a form from the USCIS.

These are relatively easy to get hold of, you either collect one directly from the USCIS or you can download one from their website.

This form must be filled in accurately and most importantly truthfully! If you are foundto be lying on this form you will have your application rejected on the spot,no questions asked, it's that serious.

After youhave filled this form in and submitted it you have to get your fingerprintstaken and stored on the federal system.

Although this may seem slightly invasive, remember you want to become a citizen of this country.

(Article is continued in the next Blog post)

You can learn more about the US Citizen Test Questions here:

http://www.squidoo.com/us-citizen-test-questions

How I Became A US Citizen

I wanted to share my experience about going through the naturalization process and becoming a US Citizen.

My
name is Ricardo Silva and I had heard all the horror stories of people
going through the long, drawn out process of naturalization only to get
the dreaded "denied" letter and having to start all over again. Here's what would happen:

A simple mistake would cause their Form N-400 to get delayed or denied.

Their application would be accepted but they would fail the naturalization test.

They would simply "get lost in the process" while having no one to contact for help.

A friend of mine, Jorge, was telling me about a website online
that put together a complete package with all the forms, detailed
instructions, and great support. So, I decided to give it a try and
here is what happened:

My naturalization application was approved quickly and I aced the naturalization test!

I now have a better, more permanent job and I'm enjoying all of the benefits of being a full-blown American Citizen!

Since
my friend Jorge shared this with me, I wanted to share it with everyone
else. Now it does cost money to get this kit but it is only $47. Fifty
bucks is a nothing compared to all the information and support you
receive...not to mention the time and money you save in the process.

Good Luck!

Click Here to visit the site that helped me gain my citizenship and changed my life forever!
